Termy is a school holiday leave planning app for working parents, available on iOS and Android. Termy is developed and operated by Sam King.

Termy stores the following information on your device only:
None of this information ever leaves your device. It is stored locally using your device's built-in storage and is not transmitted to any server.
Termy offers an optional annual subscription (Termy Annual) at £9.99/year. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Termy never sees or stores your payment information. Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple or Google — you can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings.
If you choose to export your leave dates to your calendar, Termy will request permission to access your device's calendar. This permission is only used to create leave events at your request. We do not read any existing calendar data.
Termy is designed for use by parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
If we make any changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
