We cover 50+ local authorities across England, Wales and Scotland for both the 2025-26 and 2026-27 academic years. If your school isn't listed — perhaps it's an academy or independent school — you can enter the term dates manually.
Termy handles this properly. You tell it which days of the week each parent works. Non-working days count as naturally covered — no leave is wasted on days a parent is already home. Only days where all parents work simultaneously need leave to be allocated.
Termy uses every available day of annual leave before flagging a day as "childcare needed". Any days that can't be covered are clearly shown so you can plan alternatives — holiday clubs, grandparents, or a childminder.
Yes. The plan is fully adjustable. Tap any day on the review screen and you can move it to the other parent or send it to childcare. All the totals update in real time so you can see the impact immediately.
You can export to .ics format — the universal calendar format. This works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, and any other calendar app. Each event is clearly labelled with the parent's name and which holiday period it covers.
